The newly elected set of officers
of Batch ’91 held their first meeting, Saturday 10th January 2015 at
5:30 p.m. at Soledad, Magsaysay
Avenue, Naga City.
First on the agenda was the
finalization of the proposed Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the organization
drafted in preparation for its presentation to the batch membership for their
ratification in a meeting set on January 24, 2015 and its subsequent
registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission which the officers hope to be done early next month. More on the agenda.
